Economic governance

Consumer rights
Following an agreement with the Council, MEPs will hold the likely final vote on legislation to clarify the rights of shoppers, including in e-commerce (Thursday).

CAP and cohesion policy
Options for reform of agriculture and regional policy, which together account for the bulk of EU spending, will be debated and put to the vote (debates: CAP Wednesday, cohesion Thursday; votes: Thursday). The EP Press Service is organising a seminar for journalists on the CAP reform (Wednesday).

Committees and other business
Cross-border traffic offences
Council and Parliament representatives will aim to agree on rules to ensure drivers who commit offences in an EU country other than their own do not avoid penalties (Monday).
Food issues
The Agriculture Committee is to vote on legislation improving the EU's food quality labelling schemes, such as those for products from a particular region (Tuesday). This issue will be part of the above-mentioned seminar on the CAP (Wednesday), while another EP Press Service seminar will deal the separate issues of food package labelling and GMOs (Tuesday).

EP President's diary
The EP President will make a working visit to Prague for meetings with the Czech Prime Minister Petr Nečas and parliamentary leaders (Monday). In Brussels, he have meetings with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev (Wednesday), the Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, and also, for the latest discussions on the future EU budget framework, with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Commission President José Manuel Barroso (Thursday).
